We are seeking a
Project Solution Manager
to reinforce our technical department. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of engineering expertise and client engagement, making you the crucial link between market opportunity and successful project delivery. You will leverage your technical knowledge and commercial foresight to identify, secure, and coordinate complex, high-value projects that shape the future of our business.

Your missions:

  • Independent preparation, presentation and negotiation of technically and commercially sound project offers and contracts in the pharma and life sciences industry, including feasibility assessment and scheduling.
  • Further development of quotation processes, tools and services as well as support in purchasing and tendering processes.
  • Conducting market and competitor analyses to identify trends and business opportunities and deriving strategic initiatives.
  • Responsibility for project coordination and technical support of the employees involved in the projects.
  • Collaborate with in-house consultants and manage cross-functional teams in the bidding phase, as well as technical management of project delivery, including KPI tracking and customer reporting.

Your profile:

  • 5-10 years of professional experience in engineering, consulting or technical project development. Experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device sector is an advantage.
  • Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, process engineering, production engineering or comparable technical training.
  • Strong interest in structuring projects in early phases, building the interface with the customer and strategic business development.
  • Very good knowledge of German, French and English is necessary.
  • Willingness to do occasional business trips (national and international).
