Votre prochaine aventure professionnelle ### Description du job ### * Réception et traitement des réclamations clients * Enregistrement des réclamations dans le système Business Central * Contacts fréquents et directs avec la clientèle * Transmission des réclamations aux services concernés * Réparation du matériel lorsque cela est possible * Remplacement du matériel en cas d'irréparabilité * Suivi et gestion du stock de pièces détachées * Réalisation de diverses tâches administratives liées au service ### Profil ### * Très à l'aise dans tout ce qui touche à la réparation * Maîtrise du français, avec d'excellentes connaissances en anglais C1 et en allemand B2-C1 * Excellente dextérité manuelle et sens pratique développé * Capacité à diagnostiquer et réparer une grande variété d'équipements * Esprit créatif, logique et orienté solutions * Personne autonome, polie, curieuse et sympathique * Passion pour les sports de saison et intérêt pour le matériel technique associé Customer Service -ski man - Mécanicien / Fixe
