**Job Description**:
CERN stores is offering CERN’s community a catalog of ~15’000 different products. A complete supply chain solution is in place to support the associated operations, such as 3 dedicated warehouses of 4’000 m2. With over 60’000 sales order lines per year and more than 7’500 purchase order lines, replenishment is one of the core activities of CERN stores.

Beginning of 2021, an ambitious project has been initiated targeting an evolution of how replenishment functions are fulfilled, transitioning from CERN internal knowledge and resources to an execution performed through an external industrial support contract. It includes a full redefinition of all internal processes coupled with a complete migration of the ERP (INFOR LN) supporting the activities.

As replenishment coordinator you’ll be working directly with the CERN stores section leader and others logistics coordinators. You’ll be in charge or a key stakeholder of the following deliverables:

- Update of the catalogue of all existing replenishment procedures.
- Definition and execution of a new processes ensuring correct configuration of replenishment parameters and control of stock value.
- Definition and implementation of several steps increasing maturity of the industrial support team through definition and follow-up of KPIs, adapted trainings, technical coordination, and support. Transfer of all operational daily activities performed today by CERN staffs.
- Migration of replenishment processes in the new ERP INFOR LN 10.7. Support for integration of new solutions such as an automated price inquiries tool, according to IT solution roadmap.
- Development of new dedicated replenishment procedures per strategic family such as cables, connector, IT equipment, raw materials. It includes the implementation in the industrial support contract, KPIs, dashboards and reporting.
- Development of new replenishment strategies available in INFOR LN. It shall foster automatic replenishment whenever possible.
- Continuous improvement process to update replenishment procedures taking into account CERN technical sub-committees’ program of work and integration of quality processes.

Functions also includes direct coordination of the replenishment service itself:

- CERN technical contact of the associated chapter in industrial support contract
- Definition and follow-up of Service Level Agreements
- Monitoring and control of the activity, including purchases, sales and stock value
- Treatment of 3rd line support requests

**Qualifications**:
Eligibility criteria:

- You are a national of a CERN Member or Associate Member State;
- You have a Master’s degree and between 2 and 6 years’ experience or PhD with up to 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or other related field;
- You should have a working knowledge of English or French.

Skills and/or knowledge:

- Good knowledge and experience in Supply Chain, especially in Replenishment (item configuration, prices inquiries, order fulfilment, transport, stock value monitoring)
- Experience with ERP system
- Work in team
- Implementation of continuous improvement

Additional Information

What we offer:

- An employment contract of in principle 24 months, with a possible extension up to 36 months;
- On-the-job and formal training at CERN as well as in-house language courses for English and/or French;
- A monthly stipend ranging between 6050 and 6650 Swiss Francs per month (net of tax);
