The Flight Coordinator/Dispatcher at Jet Aviation is responsible for all activities around the coordination and organization of flights for our VVIP customers around the world.

Description/Tasks:

- Organization and coordination of flights for our V.V.I P. customers
- Advising customers in aeronautical matters
- Worldwide communication with aviation authorities regarding overflight
- and landing permissions
- Compilation of computer and ATC flight plans
- Coordination of airport and ATC slots
- Organization and coordination of ground handling
- Compilation of crew briefings
- Organization of crew rotations

Qualification/Experience:

- Relevant work experience in the operational field of (private) aviation or holding an aircraft dispatcher qualification
- Fluency in German and English (written and oral)
- Team-player, customer oriented and communicative personality
- Flexibility regarding working hours (weekend and night shifts)
