**Chair Airlines AG** based in Zürich with over 140 employees in cabin,
cockpit and office working together to connect Zurich with vacation
destinations around the Mediterranean is seeking for

**Store Manager **(M/F)

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Shipment receiving from incoming shipments.- Goods receiving and incoming inspection (including induction of the goods into AMOS).
- Goods storage (including parts handling within the storage area) excluding area utilized.
- Goods shelf-life monitoring.
- Goods preparation for maintenance activities (including management of picks lips in AMOS).
- Preparation of goods for outgoing shipment (including packaging).
- Up to date of counting inventory.

**This position will be combined**:

- Work together with other departments within the organization to collect, verify, bundle,
- and optimize demand for parts request against budget and short
- and long-term plan.- Request quotations for required work scopes within available frame agreements or ad-hoc
- maintenance and contract agreements.- Responsible for purchase and timely supply of spares parts for daily operation and Base

maintenance events. Ensure that parts covered with pool contracts are ordered and deliv
- ered on time.
- Monitor goods receiving, label booking for parts being installed on aircraft.

**Requirements**:

- Successful apprenticeship in commercial area of Logistics and Procurement, a degree

education is an asset and /or technical apprenticeship with commercial training (Handel
Schule or technical Kaufmann) required.
- At least 2-year experience in a technical division in the aviation sector.
- Able to lift weight and to move bulk items.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. German knowledge is an advantage.
- AMOS experience is an advantage, proficient in the use of MS Office suite.
- Self
- dependence with a pro-active attitude driving for results and solutions.
- Skilled communicator, strong and flexible team player with distinctive social skills.
- Ability to work multitask.
- AOG Duty service after business hours, weekends, and holidays.
