Au sein d'un environnement dynamique et transverse à nos trois sites de Production, vous contribuerez à assurer le déploiement des nouveaux conditionnements.
- Responsabilités_
- Identifier et remonter les besoins métiers à travers les demandes d'évolution du système
- Analyser et améliorer les processus de besoins en conditionnements
- Elaborer les plans de tests, les évaluer et valider la solution avant la mise en production
- Réaliser la documentation de la solution
- Accompagner et informer les utilisateurs tout au long de l'évolution de la solution et lors de son déploiement
- Garantir un contact en cas d’incidents ou de questions sur l’utilisation de la solution, tant au niveau des utilisateurs que des services supports (IT)
- Assurer un lien permanent avec les Key-Users des autres départements, et les autres sites.
- Profil_
- Ingénieur HES, EPF ou Technicien ET/ETS
- Expérience dans le domaine de la supply chain et/ou logistique industrielle
- Maîtrise d'un ERP (SAP)
- Expérience dans les outils et process informatique (ERP, WM, MES) un atout
- Fortes compétences organisationnelles et autonomie
- Aisance relationnelle, écoute, capacité de synthèse et communication efficace
- Dynamisme, flexibilité et esprit d'équipe
