**Legal Business Services Head**:

- Drive the development of growth strategies and the identification of new business opportunities within KPMG Law's Legal Business Services. Your focus will be on leading technology implementation and integration to enhance legal operating models, improve performance, and facilitate digital transformation. Joining our industry leading practice will expose you to work on a range of high-profile assignments helping legal functions and their organizations, address some of their most challenging issues. You will be working with senior clients including General Counsels, Legal COOs, CPOs, CROs, Programme Directors, and CFOs.

**Your contribution to KPMG**

Identify options and solutions to address complex client issues and challenges

Have the ability to gather requirements, guiding clients through the Legal Technology 'noise' to find the appropriate solution for them

Develop and sustain client relationships by demonstrating insight and understanding of the challenges facing clients, at a personal, organizational and system level

Help with the strategic direction, growth and development of the practice and service offerings

Lead or support and develop insightful proposals and propositions which demonstrate and contribute to KPMG Law's market leading position in Legal Business Services

Design, plan, facilitate and lead events, workshops and interactive sessions to support our clients

Develop networks across KPMG to bring additional expertise and value to our clients

**This is what makes you successful**

Experience in an in-house legal function or consultancy focused on contract law

Background in managed legal services, legal tech implementation/integration, and operational change,

Knowledge of technology solutions and digitization for legal functions

Expertise in Legal Tech, RACIs, sourcing strategies, and service catalogues

Project management qualification preferred

Certifications in tech platforms like SirionLabs, DocuSign, CLM, desirable

Lean Six Sigma certification advantageous

Proficiency in German and English required, French is a plus
