**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Activities performed under this role:

- Incident resolution (trouble shooting, physical check of instrument, network issue, licenses configuration, data flow and data storage issues )
- User Administration (User creation, access, check on validity of user accounts )
- Periodic reviews and maintenance (support client instrument owner, ensure maintenance plan is in place and followed, support firmware updates )

Lab IT support:

- Support local laboratories in IT issues
- Contact for external engineers in laboratory environment- Prepare documentation of installations
- Implementation of IT hardware and infrastructure-related solutions

**Requirements**:

- Computer science + pharma/chemical background OR Bioinformatics OR former students who were or are working at a university or college in the field of life sciences
- Experience from IT Departments (QC or R&D IT support) from Pharma or/and Biotech industries
- (GxP experience) and should have GAMP & ITIL knowledge (Incident/Change/Knowledge/Problem Management).
- Computer System Validation know-how
- Manual Testing, Qualification process
- LIMS basic understanding, CDS basic understanding
- Familiar with GAMP Framework
- Fluency in **English **and **German **(spoken and written)
