Our client, a distinguished biotherapeutics manufacturer with over a century of experience in treating various diseases worldwide, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a Laboratory Infrastructure and Relocation Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
As the Laboratory Infrastructure and Relocation Manager, you will play a crucial role in organizing the move to new laboratories and reorganizing existing laboratories. Your responsibilities will include coordination with all relevant departments and meticulous planning, with an added focus on providing support to the finance department.

**Key Competencies**:

- Bio-Pharma knowledge (Process/analytical) and lab organization experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of working with bio-hazard materials.
- Strong experience in laboratory infrastructure (ventilation, environmental safety, power supply, media, etc.).
- Proven expertise in managing the complexity of moving to an external lab (logistics, contracts, equipment qualification, etc.).
- Oversight of the rearrangement in the Wankdorf laboratories.
- Coordination and support in communication planning, ensuring continuous communication with stakeholders, including Lab managers, LT, external partners, and vendors.
- Project management skills: Draft, manage, and monitor project plans, ensuring clear communication of activities and milestones, and proactive follow-up on execution, including timely escalation of issues.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor/Master's degree in a science-related field.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Demonstrated experience in the management and control of project timelines, budgets, issues, and risks.
- Track record of providing clear and concise project status updates.
- Work experience in the laboratory of biotechnology or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to work independently with general supervision.
- Proven capacity to build bridges and facilitate collaboration within teams.
