Who We Are Telecom Infrastructure Partners (TIP) is a global investment firm helping property owners unlock long-term value from their telecom lease, with less hassle and more peace of mind. We work with landowners, businesses, and institutions that host mobile infrastructure like masts and rooftop antennas. We offer them an upfront lease premium and long-term professional management. It’s about reducing risk, unlocking value, and giving our clients clarity and control over their assets. We don’t build networks; we help people make the most of them. Through smart, transparent lease investments and practical advisory support, we turn complex telecom agreements into stable, strategic opportunities. TIP operates in 14 countries and is backed by leading institutional investors, DigitalBridge and Swiss Life Asset Managers, with over $1.5 billion committed to infrastructure. Our work sits at the intersection of finance, telecom, and real estate, and at the heart of it all is our commitment to long‑term partnerships built on trust, transparency, and value. We are growing our Swiss team and recruiting 2 additional Business Development Managers (IDMs) across the country, with roles available in Bern and Basel. This is an exciting opportunity to join TIP at a time of expansion and play a key role in building our presence in these regions. Our Culture and Values We’re a company in motion. Like many growing businesses, things move fast and not everything is fully refined. We're building our processes, shaping systems, improving how we work, and learning as we go. It’s not always perfect, but that’s where the opportunity lies: in making a meaningful impact, taking ownership, and helping shape what TIP becomes next. We’re focused on building a culture that supports both pace and progress. That means putting strong foundations in place, being clear on our values, and creating an environment where people can do their best work with trust, autonomy, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement. We Put People First We Pursue Excellence We Act with Authenticity We Act with Integrity We Embrace Change Working at TIP means more than just a job. It’s a chance to be part of something evolving, with room to grow, support to succeed, and the opportunity to make a lasting contribution. How You Will Contribute As a Business Development Manager at TIP, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and closing new investment deals with property owners who host telecom infrastructure. That means identifying potential clients, reaching out, building trust, and helping them assess the benefits of selling their lease income in exchange for an upfront capital payment. This is a commercially focused, advisory role where your success depends on your ability to build relationships, offer credible guidance, and manage deals from first contact through to close. As part of our growing team in Switzerland, you’ll play a key role in expanding our presence and building strong local partnerships based on cultural, linguistic, and regulatory understanding. In this role, you will: Own and grow a regional territory, managing your own pipeline of prospects. Identify and approach new leads through research, outreach, and referrals. Build rapport with landowners and institutions, offering clear, honest advice. Present and negotiate offers, handling questions and objections with confidence. Review lease and legal documents to identify risks, obligations, and value. Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Underwriting & Operations to progress deals. Keep accurate records in our CRM and manage activity across your portfolio. Stay informed on market trends and apply insights to shape your strategy. About You At TIP, success isn’t about your background. It’s about how you think, work, and deliver results. You’ll need to be confident starting conversations, proactive in building relationships, and comfortable navigating complex decisions. We’ll teach you the specifics of our industry. You’ll bring the drive, curiosity, and results‑driven mindset to make it count. This role would suit someone who: Has experience in client‑facing, results‑driven roles (e.g. real estate, business development, account management, sales). Communicates clearly and builds trust quickly with a wide range of stakeholders. Works independently, takes ownership, and delivers results while being a collaborative team player. Understands the importance of local context; culture, language, and regulation, in building long‑term partnerships. Can stay organised and manage multiple priorities. Is curious, adaptable, and open to feedback. Thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. Is comfortable with some regional travel. We’re a global company with deep local roots, so fluent spoken Swiss German is essential for this role. Written High German is expected for reports and documentation. English skills are also a plus, as it’s the language we use to connect across our international teams. Bonus skills: Familiarity with legal, financial, or investment processes Confidence with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Experience engaging with both private landowners and institutional decision‑makers Benefits & Growth Working at TIP means joining a growing international business with strong local roots in Switzerland. We want our people to thrive, both professionally and personally, and we offer a package designed to support that: Competitive compensation with performance‑based incentives. Hybrid and flexible working model, with connection to your nearest local office. Opportunities for professional development, including structured training and on‑the‑job learning. Career growth potential in Switzerland and across our international teams. A collaborative and inclusive workplace built on trust, transparency, and respect. The chance to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and expanding industry. Our Commitment to You Thank you for considering TIP. We appreciate your interest and aim to respond to all applicants within two weeks but due to high volumes, individual feedback may not always be possible. Please know that we’re grateful for your time and we encourage you to stay connected and consider future opportunities with us. TIP is an equal opportunities employer committed to building a diverse, inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
