Tasks How you can contribute to yamo - Working hands-on on the Google & Microsoft advertising accounts for data-driven optimization and expansion. - Managing Paid Search, Shopping campaigns as main focus + display and YouTube campaigns. - Ensuring detailed tracking setup for all channels and campaigns. - Developing marketing strategies to scale business models with Google advertising channels + other marketing channels focused on search engines. - Owning the process for your channels: research, strategy, briefing copywriters or graphic designers to testing, improving & scaling. - Analysing and reporting the performance, working with data in order to improve the performance and bring more sales. - Looking for new opportunities in new channels. - Supporting D2C team for paid acquisition. **Requirements**: What sets you up for success - You have a growth and entrepreneurial mindset. - You are an expert of paid search and other Google Ads products with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. - You have managed >50k budget per month on Paid Search. - You are familiar with other advertising platforms (like Facebook, TikTok) and have run some campaigns there. - You are a data-driven person with analytical and critical thinking. - You are a dynamic individual, who finds new ways to increase the popularity of yamo even more and bring solutions to the table. - Nothing is impossible You have a can-do attitude and are always finding ways to accomplish your goals. - You are a self starter and always have a customer-centric approach. - Fluent in English and have a good level of German. **Benefits**: What you will love about us - Continuous Growth: Limitless opportunities for learning and development; you alone decide how far this goes for you - Impactful change: The chance to play a decisive role in shaping yamo’s future & responsibility from day one - Flexibility: BYOD, flexible working hours and Mondays and Fridays as Work from Home Days - Events and Engagement: Did we mention our APYs?
