**Responsibilities**
- Maintain necessary document flow and reporting for all procurement expenses.
- Identify suppliers of goods and services to meet the needs of the facility and family.
- Conduct online and offline purchases of goods and services to meet the needs of the facility and family, as well as procurement for office supplies, and track order fulfillment.
- Monitor assignments, assign responsibilities in a timely manner, and ensure task completion.
- Assist in conducting inventory checks.
- Ensure all procurement data is entered into the accounting program.

**Requirements**:

- EU citizenship or permission to work in Switzerland.
- Preferably residing within commuting distance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Possession of driver's license is desirable.
- Relevant work experience of at least 2 years.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Written proficiency.
- Fluency in Russian and French is mandatory

- Independence.
- Attention to detail.

**Salary**: From CHF6’000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vevey, VD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative managment: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)
- Russian (required)
