**Position Summary**

As a Product Manager for Accessories, you will build a strong product portfolio and lead the end-to-end development from ideation to launch of new product lines within key categories, such as tableware and home decoration. In this role, you will wear the double hat of product manager and project manager, a unique opportunity to own the full lifecycle of your own product ranges. You will collaborate locally, internationally, and cross-functionally (with Corp. Quality / Regulatory / Supply chain / Procurement, and suppliers) with the goal of successfully growing the category with innovative products in a sustainable way.

**A Day in the Life of a Product Manager for Accessories**
- Manage the end-to-end product development projects of your own product ranges within the accessories category from ideation to launch
- Coordinate and follow-up on product development with designers/agencies and ensure the quality of the products at each step of the process
- Define product positioning (value proposition, price and estimated sales volume) and develop sales pitches for the markets
- Define own product lines' pricing aligned on global ‘Les Collections' portfolio pricing strategy
- Lead core cross-functional project team (Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain)
- Set up sourcing brief & influence suppliers' selection according to brand/business needs
- Follow up on activities with CRM and marketing communication teams to ensure alignment of all touchpoints across ranges
- Gather insights from the markets to deliver products aligned with customers’ expectations and needs
- Be a pro-active contributor of the 1-3 years roadmap strategy

**What will make you successful**
- Marketing background with min. 5 years' experience as Product Manager, or equivalent
- Proven project management experience, ideally within a product development environment
- Experience in working with high-end/luxury/premium products
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and adapt to changes and uncertainties
- Experience working in an international context with touchpoints across the world
- Business acumen
- Ability to move projects forward, challenge the status quo and lead without functional authority
- Excellent communication in English, written and spoken, other languages an asset
