**Position Summary**

As a **“Corporate Electrical Engineering Lead”**, you will provide professional technical and functional leadership in electrical engineering. You will ensure compliance with global, local and Nestlé standards, people health and safety, product & process safety and environmental requirements.

Your tasks will include leading the global network of electrical engineers who ensure the high performance and technological advancement of the group’s electrical infrastructure. You will also support capital investment projects, maintenance activities and lead the creation and implementation of standards and practices in electrical engineering.

**A Day in the Life of a Corporate Electrical Engineering Lead**
- Ensure that the electrical engineering resources are aligned with the business strategy and objectives, and develop career and succession planning for the electrical engineering expert network
- Secure the global implementation of all relevant standards and guidelines in the field of electrical engineering
- Review or create new documentation as needed, reflecting the current technical and business challenges of the factories and distribution centres
- Lead corporate initiatives driving cost efficiencies related to electrical energy contracts and energy consumption, in partnership with Corporate Procurement and other Functions

**What will make you successful**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Extensive proven experience in Electrical Engineering in manufacturing
- Previous experience as line manager or leading projects, delivering results through others with highly developed communication skills
- Experience preparing and submitting major capex projects, including investment budget and participation in long term strategic planning process
- Ability to lead or contribute to major engineering projects, including significant changes, new technologies or processes, and involvement in project start-ups
- Passionate to ensure that people and expertise are developed and maintained through engaging programs
- Fluent in English
