**Position Summary**:
**A day in a life of a Global Corporate Webmaster**:

- Lead the creation of new landing and article pages with best-in-class user journeys and page layouts, leveraging the digital components available
- Guide and engage with markets to bring the local corporate websites to the next level by running assessments, developing guidance and sharing recommendations based on data & insights
- Analyze the performance of the corporate websites leveraging analytics and UX web tools and share recommendations
- Be the expert of the digital design system and bring recommendation to create new digital components and improve user experience across the websites
- Contribute to the development of the Corporate Website strategy by sharing recommendations based on data & insights

**What will make you successful**:

- University degree in Communications or Marketing
- 2-4 years of experience in digital communications or marketing
- Professional experience in FMCG or pharma industries, or digital agency
- Operational experience with web CMS and HTML writing
- Good knowledge and understanding of SEO and web analytics
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Figma and other design tools
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects with timely delivery and drive
- Highly organized and structured, attention to detail, supportive, reliable and team player
- Understand and adjust to changing priorities, circumstances, and personal styles
- Problem solver and ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to work in a matrix environment
- Strong passion for digital and openness to learn and develop in this area
- English fluent, French or German is a plus
- Experience in working in large, diverse, and complex organizations is a plus
