As a Web Content Manager in the Digital Marketing Platforms team, you will be in the driver seat for designing and publishing new content on the website. With a strong focus on user experience and innovation, the Web Content Manager is responsible for managing the website as well as provide first level support for all website related topics.**What would your role be?**
- Add and publish new, and maintain existing, international content across multiple websites in our global enterprise CMS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from all business areas to make proposals how to bring content to life and to obtain all needed information.
- Oversee SEO performance, including continuous reporting, improvements, and consistent implementation of our SEO strategy (on-page, content, and technical), and help shaping it.
- Provide recommendations to enhance design, UX, user journeys and conversion optimization.
- Project management and coordination of website initiatives and in close collaboration with divisional peers.
- Ensuring all content is high quality, up-to-date and consistent with brand and design guidelines.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance and quality standards, including participation of publishing banking regulation critical content.

**What are we looking for?**
- Proven experience in enterprise web publishing and content management, using a state-of-the-art Enterprise Content Management System.
- Extensive experience in search engine optimization and relevant tools, such as Semrush, Webmaster Search Consoles, Business Profiles.
- Project management skills and strong experience in stakeholder management and -communication.
- Hands-on experience with design tools and image editing, like Photoshop and Figma.
- Experience in user-centric UX/UI design, storytelling, and data-backed user research.
- Web development know-how (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Fluent/native in English and German, with excellent spoken and editorial skills. French, Italian or Spanish is desirable but not required.
