Caplena's vision is to become the single place of truth for feedback, where customer-centric companies go to understand the needs, wishes and pain points of their customers.

Having closed our second funding round, we're looking for **ambitious personalities who are eager to roll up their sleeves and have an impact**. You will become an integral part of our hands-on & fun team (24 people) and have a big impact on the future development of our company. We are **fast-growing** with 200+ active customers in more than 16+ countries across a multitude of industries including some big names like **eBay**,**Lufthan**sa** and **DHL.** And we're just warming up.

**Main Responsibilities**

**Content Strategy & Creation**
- Conduct detailed market research and gather customer insights to develop targeted, relevant content for specific audience segments.
- Write engaging, fluent copy that maintains a cohesive brand voice across all channels.
- Produce a variety of content formats including customer case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, social media, sales enablement materials, and event presentations.
- Experiment with new content formats and innovative initiatives to drive engagement.

**Optimisation** & Distribution**
- Update and optimize existing content to preserve relevance and maximise visibility across search channels.

**Collaboration & Coordination**
- Manage a network of freelance/agency partners for SEO, writing, and design to scale content production.

**Process Management**
- Develop efficient workflows for content creation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Implement analytics to measure content effectiveness and refine strategies based on data insights.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content marketing, ideally within SaaS companies, with a focus on CX, Market Research, or AI.
- A diploma or degree in writing, marketing, or a related field is an asset but not mandatory.
- Have a strong background with brands that have B2B audiences
- Experience following and building on existing brand content and guidelines
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills in English (German or French is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices applied to content
- Growth Marketing mindset, open to experimentation
- Ability to brainstorm, conceptualise, and execute ideas from start to finish.
