About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Web Designer
to design visually compelling, user-friendly websites and digital experiences for our brand in Switzerland. In this role, you will collaborate with developers, marketers, and content creators to produce websites that align with business objectives and enhance user engagement.

The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with a solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive web design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain websites, landing pages, and digital assets.
  • Create visually appealing and responsive layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to improve web experiences.
  • Optimize web designs for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
  • Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Work with Marketing and Content teams to support campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new web features.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in web design or UI/UX design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, responsive design, and UX/UI work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar
    .
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
  • Knowledge of web CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in
    English
    ;
    German and/or French
    is an advantage.
