As Content Marketer & Partnership Manager, you will shape how Inyova tells its story — across our website, emails, and partner collaborations. You’ll create and manage content that inspires trust, builds our community, and fuels growth through education and partnerships. Your role As Content Marketer & Partnership Manager, you’ll own the success of Inyova’s storytelling across all communication channels. You’ll ensure that our website, emails, and external partnerships consistently build trust, drive engagement, and convert readers into long-term impact investors. Acting as the connector between marketing, content, and partnerships, you’ll shape how Inyova’s mission is perceived, shared, and experienced — from first touchpoint to lasting relationship. In detail, you will be responsible for: 📝 End-to-end Inyova Content Ownership Own the success of Inyova’s communication and content marketing. Ensure that every piece of content, from website copy to educational materials, strengthens Inyova’s positioning and supports our growth goals. Own the performance of website content and storytelling. Keep the Inyova site up to date and strategically optimized to reflect new products, projects, and brand priorities. Drive engagement and trust through high-impact content. Ensure all communication, including project descriptions, portfolio updates, and interest payout announcements, deepens investor understanding and loyalty. Own the effectiveness of Inyova’s email communication. Shape, set up, and continuously improve email campaigns that drive awareness, retention, and re-investment for both Grow, Invest and 3a products. Own the success of Inyova’s partnerships. Strengthen and expand collaborations such as the Migros Bank partnership, ensuring they consistently deliver high-quality, value-adding content that enhances Inyova’s visibility and credibility. Ensure alignment and excellence across all partnership communications. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maintain consistency, compliance, and brand integrity across every co-created touchpoint. Lead community engagement through, e.g., impact updates, market news, and educational impact content. Ensure Inyova is seen as the thought leader in sustainable and impact investing. Your profile You are a creative communicator who loves turning complex ideas into inspiring, accessible stories. You combine strong writing skills with an analytical mindset and know how to drive engagement through content and partnerships. Specifically, you have: 2+ years of experience in content marketing and communications — ideally in fintech, sustainability, or digital consumer products Proven skills in copywriting and storytelling across channels (web, blog, email, and social) Experience with PR or content strategies that drive visibility and credibility Hands‑on experience with email tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo), CMS systems (e.g. WordPress), and an understanding of digital content workflows Basic graphic design or visual editing skills (e.g. Canva, Figma and Adobe tools) Experience working with partners, affiliates, or influencers and managing relationships effectively Strong written and verbal communication in English and German (French is a strong plus) A passion for impact, sustainability, and creating meaningful communication If you don’t meet every single requirement but believe you have the right mindset and drive to succeed in this role, we encourage you to apply What we offer We offer a first‑hand start‑up experience with the opportunity to disrupt the financial world and make impact investing mainstream You’ll be part of a purpose‑driven, creative, and fast‑paced environment.
