**Ta mission au sein d'Autogrill**
Ce poste est d'une importance capitale pour le succès de Starbucks
en raison de la responsabilité (ensemble avec le Store Manager) pour
le fonctionnement efficace et rémunérateur d’un Starbucks Coffee
House. Selon les heures de service indiquées, l'assistant Store
Manager est le premier interlocuteur du magasin pendant son
service. Sa responsabilité consiste à garantir que la Starbucks
Experience est offerte à tous les clients à tout moment, qu'un service
de haute qualité est maintenu, qu’on prend soin des collaborateurs
(partenaires) et qu’ils sont qualifiés et que la contribution financière
est maximisée. La position suppose que l’on puisse se faire une
opinion de manière autonome et prendre des décisions lors de
l'accomplissement quotidien des obligations inhérentes à ce poste.
Dans cette position, le collaborateur est responsable de faire vivre les
leitmotivs de Starbucks et d'agir en conformité.
- Encadrement des équipes en partenariat avec le manager
- Préparation, production et vente des produits
- Présentation des marchandises selon les spécifications de merchandising visuel
- Optimisation continue des activités de vente
- Suivi de la mise en œuvre des normes sur le point de vente
- Formation des team leaders et de l'équipe sur le terrain
- Service de haut niveau
- Gestion sécurisée de la caisse et de la comptabilité journalière
- Contrôle des exigences et des équipes en matière d'hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP)

**Ton profil**
- Sens du service client, entrain et bienveillance
- Créativité et force de proposition
- Première expérience professionnelle de gestion dans la gastronomie de système
- Capacité à travailler les week-ends/jours fériés
- Bon niveau de français écrit et parlé et bon niveau d'anglais parlé
