We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Business Support to join our dynamic Business Support team. Collaborating across key business units—including HR, IT, Finance, Trading, and more—this newly created role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support while contributing to the seamless execution of strategic initiatives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. 

Tes responsabilités

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings across multiple stakeholders 
  • Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries 
  • Plan and execute internal events, workshops, and strategic business meetings from concept to completion 
  • Assist in preparing, proofreading, and submitting documents for the Executive Board and Board of Directors 
  • Review and process invoices for approval and accurately manage expense reports 
  • Provide administrative support for cross-functional projects and initiatives 
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for internal coordination and follow-up 

Ton profil

  • 5–10 years of experience in executive or administrative support roles 
  • Fluent in German and English; French proficiency is a plus 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, M365) 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with sound judgment and discretion 
  • Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative and empathetic approach
