**Your role**
- Are you an analytic thinker? A motivated self-starter? Do you have the know-how for analyzing financial information?
- We’re looking for a finance reporting manager to:
- create internal and external financial reports, headcount analyses and forecasts for standard Client Needs’ purposes and special initiatives
- prepare weekly and monthly regular management reporting for senior management
- report and analyze any variances in financial information and perform ad-hoc analyses
- based on prepared forecasts, reports and evaluations conduct senior stakeholder alignments within and outside of Client Needs.
- gather business requirements and use cases for business intelligence solutions and dashboards
- proactively champion the new reporting services, such as Tableau, Power BI, Power Queries, etc.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Chief of Staff, Client Needs team in Zürich. We reimagine our products and focus on delivering value and seamless experience for our clients, by driving digitalization & innovation. As a financial reporting manager, you’ll play an important role in planning the future, increasing efficiency and ensuring smooth operation of Client Needs.

**Your expertise**
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance or similar field
- ideally 3-5 years of experience in a similar role focusing on finance, controlling, reporting and analyses
- methodical, concise, and accurate work style, with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- an aptitude for information technology and latest trends
- conscientious and focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude
- fluent in German and English to support our local stakeholders
