Group Function Project Manager

For our client in the automation industry in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and open-minded Group Function Project Manager (f/m/d).

In this role, the person will be responsible for running projects or programs in the Group Function Legal & Integrity at global level. Supporting the Legal Operations team in strategic thinking, leadership, innovation, optimization and simplification of processes and the tools that support them.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initial scope will be for the roll out Legal Entity Management based on the recently newly implemented Cloud Solution
- Support the Country Corporate Counsels in training
- Follow up on progress
- Manage change requests to support the enhancement of the solution
- Document the process with the stakeholders on the way
- Expand the processes which are supported by the solution to improve the management of our entities
- Roll out beyond the Legal & Integrity organization
- Engaging with stakeholders to optimize and simplify, function regulations, tools and processes using Lean 6 Sigma and the latest technology in Legal & Integrity
- Autonomously run projects with stakeholders, the Information System (IS) organization and 3rd party suppliers to the required result
- Reporting the status of projects to the Head of legal operations and Finance and the senior leadership team
- Implementation & coordination of agreed developments (e.g. quick wins, get fit )
- Leading periodic SteCos for the projects that you are leading

**Profile**:

- University degree in Business Administration, Law or Information Technology or similar
- Approx. 5-10 years of experience in project management and significant involvement in large corporate transformation projects
- Previous experience in running process improvement projects and or IT Projects end to end is a must
- Ideally project management certification like PMI, PMP, Agile
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma: Green Belt or Black Belt certified are a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Problem solving skills, systematic approach to a problem, understanding consequences in a systemic manner
- Good understanding of technology and affiliation with Legal Tech are a plus
- Design Thinking experience is an asset
- Finely tuned communication skills: proven ability to present and report activities in a clear and effective way, sensitive to communication steps related to all levels of stakeholders
- Full professional proficient in English, spoken and written, additional languages a bonus
- Excellent coordination skills
- Sense of ownership for the assigned project(s)
