Global Project Manager PMO (all genders)

**WHAT YOU DO**:

- You will effectively lead projects and programmes with high process and IT content to support business on implementation and development of key strategic digitalisation initiatives.
- You will define and plan key projects to deliver strategic initiatives, ensure that strategically critical projects are well defined, planned, staffed, delivered on time and in budget.
- You will act as interface and catalyst between business operations and group functions such as IT and external partners.
- You will provide estimation, scheduling, and risk management expertise to PMs as well as support in developing organizational and business model plans.
- You will monitor and implement project management standards, processes, policies, procedures, and templates.
- You will collect and report monthly project updates A+P Group level and corporate channels to senior management.
- You will support PMO to set KPIs and roll-up to the portfolio level to determine overall impact.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have completed a technical or a commercial education combined with further education (e.g. FH) or you bring along a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, process management, information technology or finance - Project Management Training / Certification is an advantage.
- You have more than 5 years experience working in industrial companies as well as more than 2 years operative experience with business process exposure and 3+ years of project management experience (large projects, high value).
- You have in depth experience of defining and implementing process digitalisation and software system solutions
- You have a good understanding of business planning and modelling processes with excellent commercial, internal and external communication skills.
- You possess an analytical, tenacious, and solution-oriented personality with an expertise in managing several projects and in working impactfully and successfully in matrix organisations.
- You bring along solid knowledge of IT-Tools such as MS Office, Teams, Excel, MS Project, or other PM and process modelling software.
- You have excellent command of English - every further language such as Italian, German, Chinese, Vietnamese or Turkish is an asset.
- You have a Swiss work permit - moreover, you must be able and willing to travel freely and frequently within the Schengen area and to Asia or the USA.
