**Global Brand Leader Supradyn (M/F/d)**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Leading development of Global Supradyn 2-5 year growth strategy including identification of new future growth opportunities for the brand, definition of the innovation strategy, brand portfolio architecture, clear strategies on digital / shopper/ sustainability and Net Revenue Management guidance.
- Custodian of the Supradyn brand equity and leading definition of Brand proposition strategy / Global communication platform idea / Master packaging design / Visual brand language / Global Activation platform.
- Providing supports and coach for local markets in the development of Integrated marketing campaigns and other branded assets.
- Leading and implementing global strategic projects, with focus on digital / science enablers.
- Managing the Megabrand expansion strategy under Supradyn.
- Driving Innovation Pipeline for both the Energy segment as well as for Supradyn Megabrand.
- Partnering with GBD and Category innovation team to define the global Energy innovation strategy & pipeline, by identifying and initiating new innovations and owning its end to end development from Scoping to Development Contract phase and Market commercialization handover.
- Team working with cross functional project teams as well as coordinating with markets to build business cases and ensures launch readiness and project delivery to the markets.
- Product and non-Product innovations.
- Guiding countries on go to market strategy and shares success models through brand community calls and regular touchbases.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of international / global experience in OTC/FMCG marketing with solid track record of success.
- Operational experience in country marketing with budget responsibility.
- Experience in digital marketing / digital health essential.
- High leadership qualities, ability to influence across markets/functions, collaborative team working, resilience and determination, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and proactively.
- Key skillsets include: strategic marketing, digital marketing, brand building, communication development, innovation development, market data analysis.
- Cross-cultural experience.
