**Brand Director Women's Health (M/F/d)**
**JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Contribute to the development of the integrated pre-launch Brand strategy and Brand plan by leading Task Forces to deliver on defined work packages for HCPs
- Lead key strategic Global projects across functions during the pre-launch (e.g., messaging, materials and engagement campaigns) and launch phase (e.g., messaging, materials and engagement campaigns)
- Provide input into overall Brand Campaign and Branding Guidelines development and lead on execution
- Responsible for the HCP segmentation development and roll-out
- Responsible for the development and alignment of the integrated omni-channel communication strategy across all relevant HCP segments and adaptation according to critical industry, competitive and customer trends
- Set strategic priorities for Global Market Research Plan and identify secondary data need from an HCP point of view
- Plan, allocate and manage budget relating to all HCP marketing activities
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- University degree in marketing, communications, business administration or health science
- 7+ years of experience in marketing within pharmaceutical industry, at the strategic and operational level
- Previous leadership experience in market shaping, category and brand launches at Global level required
- Demonstrated track record of operational excellence in Country launches including sales
- Expertise in Women's Health and other Therapeutic Areas desired
- Proven leadership and networking competencies based on several years of experience in leading cross-functional teams with representation from Global, Regions and Countries
- Ability to manage complexity, excellent customer mindset and out of the box thinking, while driving purpose
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen with a track record in delivering results
- Passionate communicator, must be fluent (written and spoken) in English with excellent interpersonal skills
