We are currently looking for an experienced field **Sales Account Manager** to cover mid-size and large enterprises in the local market in Switzerland (customers with primary presence locally in Switzerland, all verticals), responsible for selling Microsoft Platform Management (MPM) solutions to Named/focused Accounts. This is a remote based role with territory travel to new, or existing, client sites in the enterprise, as required. Experience with SaaS, On-prem, or Hybrid, is highly valued.
The role’s main objective is to driving pipeline and revenue growth and increase market share within a given set of named accounts in the Swiss market.
**Responsibilities**:
- Works with direct customers and channel partners to identify and qualify sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities to generate pipeline
- Execute on strategic sales and marketing strategies, leveraging value-based approach
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers based on knowledge of Quest’s technology, products, and services
- Acquiring new customer and support of existing customers
- Articulating the value proposition associated with Quest software products and services
- Creating and executing targeted account campaigns
- Working collaboratively with the virtual team with - pre-sales, Inside sales, Sales Development Representative, Services team etc.
- Adjusting to multiple demands and shifting priorities while ensuring customer needs are met; accepts responsibility for results of actions.
- Working with channel and alliance partners to increase opportunity size and expedite closure.
- Preparing and delivering business justifications and executive summaries to key decision-makers
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of successful experience in a quota driven software sales capacity, managing the full sales cycle
- 5+ years performing at or above quota
- Strong prospecting skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and self-driven individual
- Result oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in German and English (French a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Proven entrepreneurial mind set
- Problem solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Power Point, Excel
**Preferred**:
- Undergraduate degree or Graduate degree
