**Team Lead Reporting and Consolidation (M/F/d) 100%**:
**Job purpose**:
- Lead and coordinate the group financial consolidation process and ensure timely submission of group financial statements for internal management reporting and external reporting purposes
- Lead and drive forward the development of financial reporting frameworks according to International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) and act as the central point of contact for worldwide subsidiaries and local Finance team with regards to group accounting policies and IFRS accounting issues
**Accountabilities**:
- Lead and coordinate the group financial consolidation process (i.e. consolidation of 15+ legal entities) and prepare timely and accurate monthly / quarterly / annual reporting of profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements according to International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) for internal and external reporting purposes
- Lead the preparation of the annual audited consolidated financial statements of our customer according to IFRS including notes
- Lead and coordinate the group audit processes, including acting as the key point of contact at group level for external auditors
- Act as the central point of contact for worldwide subsidiaries and local Finance team with regards to group accounting policies and IFRS accounting issues and provide frequent training.
- Drive forward the establishment of an effective account reconciliation process at group and local level, providing analysis and commentaries on account substantiation and movements
- Accountable for the group chart of accounts, including the definition of account classifications and roll ups in group consolidation systems, compliance with IFRS and internal reporting requirements as well as ensuring an appropriate governance framework for GL account master data creation and changes
- Lead a small team (one direct report). Group Controlling consists of two sub-teams - (i) Financial Planning & Analysis and (ii) Reporting and Consolidation - with five members in total (including the Head of Group Controlling)
**Background**:
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in Finance and a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar position
- University degree or equivalent with Finance focus
- Strong knowledge in reporting and consolidation
- Strong knowledge in IFRS accounting standards
- First leadership experience is a plus
- Strong team player with excellent communications skills (in English and preferably Ger-man); strong in relationship building and stakeholder management
