Investor Reporting Manager

Own and manage the timely and accurate completion and delivery of internal and external requests for fund financial information and regulatory reporting;
- Lead and manage a team of two within the Investor Fund Reporting team, build and develop team members including reviews and appraisal;
- Keep informed of fund regulatory updates impacting reporting;
- Coordinate, oversee and review work delivered from external regulatory reporting service providers;
- Lead and coordinate fund regulatory audits;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s processes and deliverables.
**Requirements**:
- Accounting or finance degree or equivalent qualification;
- Strong working experience with MS office, with focus on Excel and Outlook, prior working experience with Investran a plus;
- Solid understanding of private equity, preferably in operations gained from accounting or controlling or fund audit experience;
- Experienced in management or coordination of small teams;
- Deliver in an environment with high expectations and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment;
- Possess unwavering attention to detail, completing all tasks in a thorough and conscientious manner;
- Exude professionalism with strong interpersonal skills;
- Build and maintain strong cross team relationships;
- Manage your time well, adapting to dynamic situations and priorities;
- Fluency in English a must, fluency in German an asset.
