As a Fund Raiser and Investors Relationship Manager at Evoleen AG, your primary responsibility will be to manage relationships with existing investors and attract new ones to raise funds for the startups in the Evoleen Portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying potential investors and building relationships with them. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with existing investors, keeping them informed about the portfolio’s progress, and providing them with regular updates on their investments. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies for the Evoleen portfolio. Don’t worry You are not alone, and we will help you along this journey.

Tasks

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive fundraising strategies and foster investor relationships.
- Moderate collaboration with various investors.
- Collaborate with investors and Evoleen portfolio startups.
- Engage with investors on a global level.
- Play an active role in the strategy process and contribute to innovation.
- Contribute significantly to the scale up of the portfolio.

**Requirements**:
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a fund raiser or similar role.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with investors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Knowledge of fundraising techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to fundraising and investments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven ability to raise funds and manage investor relationships.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful fundraising strategies.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis and investment management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to work in an agile, fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment.
- Ideally experience with digital health.
- Located in the Zurich area.
