Financial Controller Private Equity Funds
Aufgaben
Responsible for the analysis of investments in various private equity (PE) product lines / Controlling of cash management in the portfolios / Correct booking of capital transactions and right allocation in the profit and loss account / Responsible for performance measurement and forecasting / Controlling of capital calls and allocation of distributions as well as preparation of fee and payment plans (management and waterfall) / Valuation of PE funds (NAV) according to applicable valuation guidelines and reconciliation of valuations with data from external providers / Monitoring compliance with applicable fund contracts and service level agreements / Preparing audits and responsible reporting for senior management and authorities / Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders / POC for investor inquiries / Supporting ad hoc requests and projects.
Qualifikation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting or Audit / Professional experience in the fund industry and/or in a Big Four firm as a fund auditor / Experience with private equity funds or funds in alternative investments (hedge funds) / Highly motivated and detail-oriented personality with strengths in analysis and control / Understanding of the private equity business, to understand the correlations between investments and investment programs / Quick perception and sound judgment / Interpersonal skills / Team and client orientation / Interest in giving presentations to senior management or investors / Proficiency in MS-Office, Excel and PP / German and English.
