**Job Purpose**

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Helps to create the communication materials for earnings releases as well as presentations to investors and analysts
- Assist in preparing and organizing conferences, road shows and investor meetings
- Monitors the development of the share price, its short interest and changes in the shareholder base
- Supports the maintenance and further development of the investor relations webpage and social media channels
- Interacts with equity research analysts
- Prepares capital markets presentations for the Audit and Risk Committee
- Participating in investors meetings and conferences
- Manages the ESG rating agencies and its reporting cycles

**Profile**

Education
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in finance
- One to three years of investor relations experience in a public listed company, bank (buy or sell side) or asset manager

- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to visualize data
- Pro-active team player
- Fluent in English and German
