**Client**:

**Position**:
Leading a team of 5 employees and reporting to the Head of Sales (Switzerland), your role will be to train customers, the internal sales team and employees on product specifications. Interfacing with the Sales and Marketing teams you will be contributing to the development and expansion of digital sales channels such as video sales and online customer trainings, as well as participating to product development. Your role also comprises ensuring customer satisfaction - preparation of offers, telephone support, chatbots etc.

**Profile**:

- Basic training in heating technology + ideally HF Technical or higher professional examination
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong commercial flair
- Previous experience in customer support
- Fluent German + good French and English
- Positive mindset, results oriented, team player.
