People Analytics Manager

**About the job**:

- Implementing our people analytics strategy to set the direction for the future
- Driving innovation in the people analytics space and anticipating future challenges
- Actively driving business insights in close cooperation with HR top and senior management as well as by supporting line managers to ultimately drive business value
- Establishing a global people analytics network; coaching and further developing the Swarovski analytics capability that not only empowers HR globally but also our business leaders
- Engaging with various stakeholders within HR and outside, identifying needs & requirements in order to deliver appropriate HR reporting & analytics solutions
- Building a future-oriented and sustainable architecture for people information management in close collaboration with other stakeholders
- Further designing and delivering a global standard reporting and analytics framework
- Contributing significantly to change management activities by continuously ensuring that change impact is supported by appropriate change, communication and training measures
- Measuring and analyzing the impact of HR initiatives on the business performance

**About you**
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- Master preferably in Economics, Engineering or Industrial and Organizational Psychology
- Significant experience in Human Resources, Management Consulting or Data Analytics
- Lateral leadership experience, especially in transformation of teams and topics
- Thought leadership and anticipating future challenges with the ability to create followership across the organization
- Exceeds expectations in engaging and building relationships with customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex information confidently, simply and concisely on all levels in the organization
- Ability to research complex information and analyze data to derive conclusions, recommendations, and actions
- Track record in innovating reporting and analytics practices to drive great customer experience
- High level of integrity, trustworthiness and stress resistance
- Broad understanding of the HR function, HR Processes and Systems
- Experience in Employee Survey Design and Strategic Workforce Planning is a plus
- Experience in use of Tableau, knowledge of Workday, Python, R and SQL is a plus
- Fluent English skills, spoken and written
