Analytics Manager, Flights Analytics

At EF Educational Tours, we aim to inspire new perspectives on the world. Our team is a unique group of people building data solutions to help our Flight operations teams generate transformative moments to the many students who travel with us each year.

In short, we mine, transform, analyze, and present travel data to generate insights that supports decision making so that a school trip to Athens or Rome lands as smoothly as possible.

**The role**
- Lead a team of 3 developers and Tech-lead to accomplish strategic OKRs
- Collaborate with Tech-lead and Product Manager to ensure goals are met with high quality
- Facilitate team hiring and onboarding processes
- Track success metrics for team delivery and set the bar for the team’s continuous improvement
- Contribute to department strategic decisions about architecture, tooling and practices
- Contribute to development efforts while balancing own and team commitments
- Coach and mentor growth of team members and facilitate creative developing environment

**Required skills for this role**:

- Academic degree engineering, data analytics, or computer science
- Experience working with cloud data warehousing and business intelligence technologies
- Data modeling or Engineering - advantage
- Solid experience with agile frameworks, particularly Scrum
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Proven Servant leadership skills in developing or mentoring growth of others
- Scrum certificate - advantage
