We are seeking a Product Marketing Associate to join our team and contribute to the planning and execution of Go-to-Market (GTM) launches, client-focused messaging, tactics for campaigns, metrics analysis, project management, market research, and reports. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the narrative of our index business, enhancing brand visibility, and facilitating growth. Utilizing data-driven insights, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Research to translate product and business value into effective GTM strategies.
As a Product Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating global and regional campaigns to drive client and business success, with a primary focus on the index business segments. This role is characterized by collaborative opportunities for impact, involving interaction with senior marketing team members across PR, paid media, content, design, digital, and events. We are looking for an action-driven product marketer who is ready to thrive and grow in a dynamic environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support go-to-market launches, campaigns, and content creation for specific segments and geographies.
- Coordinate with design, digital, and content teams to create advertising materials.
- Craft and maintain marketing content spanning digital campaigns, web content, presentations, newsletters, case studies, and events to drive business presence and growth.
- Collaborate to execute marketing campaigns, efficiently coordinating cross-functional project deliverables within the organization and external agencies.
- Track and interpret ROI reports on launches and broader campaigns, encompassing metrics related to awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market segments, including product, client, and competitor insights.
- Coordinate and develop regular updates to essential collateral such as pitchbooks, factsheets, and brochures.
- Prioritize and address requests for client-centric materials from Sales and Product teams.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German. Italian and French are added advantages.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing roles with a preference for marketing experience within financial institutions.
- Effective team player and creative thinker.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and procedures in B2B marketing.
- Adept at project management, enabling seamless coordination across global teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects/plans and excelling under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience with marketing tools.
- Global awareness and cultural sensitivity, facilitating collaboration across time zones and diverse cultures.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and adept at taking ownership of projects and embracing responsibilities.
- Certification in sustainable finance/marketing is an advantage.
