Marketing Manager

Xchange Monster, a licensed crypto exchange based in Switzerland is looking for a **Marketing Manager**

This role requires a leader with outstanding knowledge of marketing campaign standard methodologies, real-time content marketing, and digital and social marketing. Superior knowledge of sales processes and a thorough understanding of the customer’s needs in a crypto trading environment with a can-do attitude. The successful applicants’ natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, strong project management skills, agility, and ability to spot opportunity and act on it will allow him or her to function seamlessly in this role

**Qualification and Experience to ensure maximum output**:
Relevant Degree in Marketing and Sales complimented with at least 6 years’ experience in a similar role in the Fintech/Crypto environment. A formal qualification in Project Management and/or Web Design highly advantageous.

**Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the successful incumbent will be responsible for, amongst others and not limited to**:

- Develop a short-and long-term marketing and campaign plans and execute projects for our fast-growing crypto products
- To build and grow the Company brand online.
- Produces graphic design art work for sales, advertising, and public relations materials. Uses graphic design technology and computer software to produce designs and layouts.
- Co-ordinates in-house production and/or outside services.
- Provide a support service to marketing and sale staff which will include, but not be limited to training and coaching.
- Managing digital projects full circle
- Responsible for the planning and execution of the marketing/branding strategy within the framework of the overall Company marketing strategy.
- Building lead generation and awareness campaigns to make our crypto financial products easily accessible to everyone
- Guiding and improving website experience to maintain a clear and consistent platform for our stories, products, and resources
- People Management which will include performance assessments and setting of targets and KPI’s
**Competencies and skills required**:

- Excellent Business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Outstanding knowledge of marketing campaigns, standard methodologies, real-time and content marketing, and digital social marketing
- Strategic thinker, agile and ability to multi-task
- Natural inclination to measure market activities and a deep understanding of market opportunity, competitors, customer segments and offerings
- Excellent project-management skills
- Professional, highly analytical, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (non-negotiable)
- Well established network in the finance and crypto environment (ideally in Switzerland)
- Good understanding of the cryptocurrency / digital asset space (incl. legal implications)
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and in particular European regulators (FCA, FINMA etc.)
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of marketing opportunities to highest impact near-term and long-term levers
- Strong track record of coordination and planning skills in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment
- Deeply developed understanding of market opportunity, customer segments, competitors, and offerings to develop influential case studies, product videos and customer testimonials
- Preferred to reside in Zug or immediate surrounding area and able to travel internationally when required to do so.
- A given but worth mentioning: Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
