Summary

The Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions group (CSS) is part of Johnson & Johnson MedTech and is a leader in Cardiac Arrythmia Ablation (Biosense Webster), Stroke treatment (Cerenovus) and Mammar augmentation and reconstruction (Mentor).

For this business unit, we are looking for a **Marketing Lead CSS Switzerland**.

Reporting to the Business Unit Lead CSS Switzerland (BUL), you will be responsible for long-term and short term / strategical and tactical product management/marketing plans, business expansion and digital transformation. This position has a large impact on business results. It is a leadership position with direct reports.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute long and short-term marketing plan in co-operation with local management team and EMEA teams
- Manage product portfolio introductions: from product systems set-up, pricing to product launch and launch follow up
- Regular and frequent product/market communication with local and EMEA teams
- Responsible of selling strategies, sales processes, pricing and commercial models
- Works closely with the local and EMEA supply chain in order to optimize product availability
- Together with BUL and management team generate yearly marketing plan according franchise strategy and goals
- Work closely with BUL, EMEA and local Teams on reporting and analysis
- Support local/regional initiatives
- Report market changes, trends, competitive intelligence, and anticipate changes in the external environment
- Support franchise business planning by collecting and analyzing key market information
- Manage the Therapy expansion activities
- Translate VBHC strategies into concrete projects in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and business partners.
- Maintains close partnering relationships with KOLs
- Follow HCC & Legal guidelines of the suppliers as well as those of the local organization
- Lead product safety related activities with EMEA and local Quality team

**Qualifications**
Requirements and qualifications
- At least 5 years of MedTech Marketing experience, preferably at both level: country and regional level
- Sales experience is an asset
- Ability to work in matrix environments, rapidly gain trust and to interact and collaborate with people effectively
- Ability to positively influence thinking, behavior and gain commitment
- Be creative, proactive and resourceful, maintain accountability for his/her actions and make good judgment in the performance of his/her duties
- Demonstrate proven leadership and project management skills as well as a sense of entrepreneurship
- Demonstrate strategic capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Independent, very structured and organized working style
- Good presentation skills required
- Secure handling of the MS Office package
