As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services. Location: Switzerland | Full-TimeDepartment: After Sales Reports to: Head of After Sales in Switzerland Your Responsibilities: Manage and support the dealer/service partner network in Switzerland in your are of responsibility on all aftersales matters. Monitor and improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company aftersales standards, processes, and KPIs. Analyze market and dealer performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Support dealers in workshop capacity management, parts supply, warranty handling, and technical problem-solving. Lead training initiatives and share best practices with service partners to enhance technical and customer care competence. Act as the main escalation point for customer and dealer issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution. Report market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to internal stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and HQ Aftersales to align strategies and initiatives. Your Profile: At least 5 years of experience in Automotive After Sales experience in Switzerland. Academic Degree with specialization in engineering or similar business area. Strong knowledge of workshop processes, warranty, and parts operations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluent in English and French, German and Italian will be considered an asset. Ability to work independently and travel frequently within Switzerland. Hands-on, result oriented, pressure tolerant, do more & talk-less attitude is indispensable.
