As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.Location: Zug | Full-TimeDepartment: Marketing and CommunicationsReports to: Head of Marketing and CommunicationWe are searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Swiss operations and become part of our forthcoming growth.Your Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising. Manage and optimize content for the company website, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and SEO best practices. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other marketing platforms to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation. Create engaging content (text, images, and video) for digital platforms, working closely with the creative team. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation in digital marketing. Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and paid advertising campaigns. Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with local regulations and align with BYD's global brand standards. Your Profile: At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the automotive or technology sector. Academic Degree with specialization in Digital Marketing or similar business area. Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms. Strong content creation skills, with experience in copywriting and visual content development. Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to optimize campaign performance. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and German, Chinese and Italian will be considered an asset. Hands-on, result oriented, pressure tolerant, do more & talk-less attitude is indispensable.
