**What You Will Do**
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and information flow
- improve DevOps processes, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation or optimization, and implement the solutions
- strategy development for a shared future with our sister organization responsible for the BME exchanges
**What You Bring**
- 5+ years of experience managing a team of DevOps engineers in an Agile environment with a higher educational achievement in software engineering or a technology related field
- experience working on Production environments taking into consideration customer uptime, disaster recovery plans & incident troubleshooting
- fluent in English (both verbal and writing), moderate German, Spanish is a plus
