**Your role**
- Interested in working financial services, and have an interest in working within a large-scale leading-edge project, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

- collaborate in defining and syndicating technology architecture and roadmaps
- dive into architectural data, identifying opportunities and providing practical recommendations
- develop processes and tools for use in architectural analysis
- design insightful reports tracking the progress of our evolving world-class architecture

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Enterprise Architecture team as part of Group Chief Technology Office within Technology Services and be based in Zurich. We are working as a truly global team and focusing on Technology Architecture, driving the translation of IT strategy and standards into architecture. We work closely with Chief Technology Officers and IT architects aligned with every area of UBS Technology.

**Your expertise**
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a MINT topic, no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
- has experience in IT architecture design techniques and principles.
- has deep interest in technology and software practices
- has good understanding of operational processes and project methodology, ideally in an agile environment
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

**Your program**
- Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
