We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Management Consulting Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

- propose ideas on how we can make improvements to our business; take these ideas and bring them to life problem solve and craft actionable solutions across transformation/integration projects
- present insights internally by transforming complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations
- support the delivery of projects or workstreams with a focus on high-quality outcomes
- engage in ongoing tracking and review of project health and performance, reporting progress and recommending changes
- structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
- synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations
- communicate effectively with all audiences in a structured manner
- work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in Group Internal Consulting located in Zurich. We’re a dynamic, driven, and diverse team with over 750 people present in 5 regions across the globe. As part of the firm’s Group Integration Office, we work in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive transformation and change across UBS, supporting the firm in achieving its strategic goals.

Our focus is on delivering high quality services, with fast onboarding, leveraging institutional knowledge. We offer our consultants a diverse portfolio of projects, providing them with the chance to work across the firm. **Your expertise**
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- has professional work or internship experience in working in a project-based environment
- has analytical and conceptual skillset with a problem-solving, pragmatic attitude
- has strong communication and presentation skills as well as experience in collaborating with various stakeholders

**Your program**
- Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge about consulting. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
