**Your role**
- Interested in working financial services, and have an interest in planning, coordinating and managing deliverables, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

- be at the core of the integration of Credit Suisse into UBS, one of the largest undertakings in the financial services industry, focusing on the integration of Group Functions Technology (Finance, HR, Legal etc)
- assist in the setup and administration of initiative management governance and processes
- collaborate across Group Functions Technology Teams to consolidate integration plans and status reporting
- support senior management reporting and communications regarding integration
- work closely with the Group Functions Technology Integration Lead

**Your team**
- You would be working in the Integration Management Office in Group Functions Technology, one of the key workstreams within the Group Operations and Technology organization.

It’s a very demanding, fast paced and exciting environment. We are focused on ensuring that Group Functions technology executes on its role in the Credit Suisse integration into UBS.

**Your expertise**
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
- has proficiency with Microsoft tools including PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint
- is interested in analyzing data, solving problems and has the ability to visually representing management information
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

**Your program**
- Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
