- Completed studies (BSc, MSc, PhD) in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, robotics or physics (FH / TU / ETH)
- Enjoyment in project management and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
- Experience in device development with electronics, mechanics, firmware, wireless communication, autonomous system and sensors
- Expertise in market approval of devices desirable

Your Responsibilities

We develop new IoT solutions, reducing greenhouse gas emissions such as methane gas. Our products consist of autonomous devices with solar cells, sensor technology, connectivity, cloud and algorithms. Become part of the core team for the Nubo Sphere product to advance these exciting solutions and successfully establish them in the market. As an R&D project manager, you will play a key role in the success of our products. Get actively involved and make a contribution against global warming at the same time. - What are the specific tasks?
- As R&D Project Manager, I develop and test IoT solutions to reduce harmful climate gases in industry. In doing so, I coordinate internal and external engineers and take responsibility for on-time and on-budget product development. Starting with the definition of the requirements with the product management, I accompany the development project up to serial production. My varied tasks also include the development of suppliers and maintaining an overview of applicable guidelines and standards. I also regularly have to build prototypes myself and test them thoroughly in the lab.
- What are the daily challenges?

We operate in a new and rapidly developing market, where the time between product idea and market launch is often very short. Therefore, we have to react quickly to changes and be open to new things. This requires a pragmatic approach and a willingness to leave out the unimportant. In addition, you have to be able to familiarize yourself with new topics quickly. This requires both good practical skills and strong communication skills.
