- We are looking for you, as our new colleague and project manager R&D. In this role, you support your multidisciplinary project team to develop cutting edge features and products. You are responsible to drive the development process and involve stakeholders from the definition of requirements up to the market release.

- Project lead for the development, industrialization and certification of hearing instruments
- Engage accountability during all project phases for different project maturity levels in close collaboration with Marketing, Manufacturing Engineering and R&D stakeholders
- Take active ownership throughout the project for planning, cost controlling, developing, certified releasing and maintaining of a regulatory compliant documentation
- Be responsible for and drive risk assessments (medical product, privacy, security)
- Report project status and progress to stakeholders

**Your profile**
- University degree in engineering or related technical field or extensive work experience in this field
- 3+ years’ experience in project management and product quality/reliability
- Opportunity seeking and collaborative
- Experience in manufacturing and regulatory aspects of medical devices is a plus
- Proficient in English, German is a plus
