**Information Systems Global Vendor Manager**:

As the Information Systems Vendor Manager you will establish, lead and govern strong global vendor management and global vendor relationships with Strategic Partners. You will leverage with Corporate Information System, Global Business Services Information System and Business stakeholders to support IT requirements and IT Governance to deliver value and enabling growth in support of the ABB Strategy. In this role you will engage with vendors to establish and maintain business relationships and a collaborative vendor ecosystem, supporting the ABB Strategy and fulfilling expectations. You will ensure best results in collaboration and vendor support to implement the ABB Strategy where vendors meet their contractual commitments and beyond against agreed commercials.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Meeting key performance indicators and agreed targets, analyze performance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop strategies to address under-performance.
- Discussing the periodic performance and credit calculation with vendors.
- Managing portfolio of all contractual agreements for vendors in scope, maintain and negotiate contract changes.
- Responsible for contract and commercial management (contract owner) towards vendors.
- Providing vendor analysis and assesses effectiveness across the GBS IS organization and manages risks associated with information security, continuity, and performance.
- Benchmarking and judging performance data from IS Performance Manager to monitor and review vendor performance in collaboration with the vendor.
- Implementing and execution of a Credit Management Model, Invoice management, pricing management, business case tracking, accruals, purchase orders.
- Tracking and reporting on relevant business cases, working with vendor(s) and all necessary ABB entities to ensure targets are met.
- Establishing and running the Vendor Management Governance Model.
- As process responsible driving continuous process and service improvements.

**Your background**:

- Up to 10 years of experience in relevant vendor management and up to 5 years of experience in establishing business relations with global strategic partners
- Sound knowledge of Vendor Management and Vendor Governance
- Process-oriented and driving continuous improvements as a second nature
- Experience in leading Vendor Relationship Management
- Extensive knowledge of Contract management, IT controlling and financial management
- Comprehensive IT understanding
- Excellent negotiating skills and excellent conflict resolution skills
- The ability to head cross-functional, virtual and international teams and manage multiple demands on your time
- A collaborative, solutions
- and customer-service-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
