**PROJECT MANAGER INFORMATION PROTECTION**

This position is based at our Headquarters in Prilly and is reporting to the Head of Information Handling and Data Protection.

**ROLE**:

- Work on data protection and information handling challenges in an international and dynamic environment
- Contribute pro-actively to delivering results in key SICPA projects for Information handling, focusing on protection of information in the digital world of information

Assist the Head of Information Handling and Data Protection in:

- Ensuring protection of sensitive information (electronic and hard copy)
- Supporting in change management, training and communicating requirements to stakeholders at all levels and across functions
- Maintaining a global network of key users to assure consistent practices worldwide
- Participating in Software Design, Process Design, Architecture Design to ensure Privacy-by-Design with SICPA solutions and internal projects
- Promoting personal data protection in Switzerland and overseas
- Supporting in the areas of Data Protection and Information handling as required
- Interesting and varied tasks of project management to ensure the data protection framework

**PROFILE**:

- Education: recent graduate with Master's level qualification ideally with options in Information, Security or Legal
- IT Knowledge and extended knowledge on data protection, privacy and information security for personal data as well as business data
- Familiar with IT collaborative tools
- Intellectually agile, keen to learn, good writing and analytical skills
- Good organizational skills, able to prioritize and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Strong interest in further developing project management skills
- Motivated and able to work autonomously and to respect deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Native level in either English or French, ability to communicate in both
