**Responsibilities**
- Project management and support of a project to review, update and implement changes to General Business Conditions, privacy notices and other key legal documents across all international locations and legal entities of a bank
- Create the legal foundation to enable the sharing of client identifying
data and personal data with external third parties within and across the bank´s geographic footprint
- Planning and feasibility assessments for potential nearshoring options
- Development and execution of change management plans (incl. stakeholder communications, trainings, escalation management)- Anforderungen

**Requirements**:

- Several years of experience in business project management and change management
- Experience in planning, conceptualizing and execution of legal and operational projects (ideally in the context of data protection / GDPR)
- Experience in setting up near/offshoring operations
- Experience in executing regulatory projects and outsourcing
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in German

**Nice to have**
- Project management certifications
