We combine high performance, precision and passion - and are looking for an experienced, personal assistant to manage the Sauber Holding AG office, who will actively support our management team and help shape everyday motorsport life. ### Your mission ### * Comprehensive assistance to the Executive Management of Sauber Holding AG (CFO, COO) in a dynamic, international motorsport environment * Administrational duties, including internal and external correspondence, meeting preparation, travel bookings * Structured coordination of calendar and appointment management for the Executive Management * Preparation, organization and follow-up of meetings and appointments, including minute-taking * Professional support of the Board of Directors, including documentation, preparation of files * Review, preparation and management of contracts in close cooperation with the Legal Department * Support in subject-related projects with business and legal focus in a complex international environment ### Your profile ### * Completed university degree in Business Administration, Law or a comparable field * \ 4 years of relevant professional experience * Ideally, initial experience in supporting Boards of Directors and working closely with CFO, COO and Legal functions * Fluent in German and English (bilingual or native German speaker with excellent English skills) * High level of discretion, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented working style * Confident use of MS Office; ideally experience with digital governance and project management tools * Passion for motorsport and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, international environment
